Your team's languages

Each person works in the language they choose

QRM's interface comes in 6 languages. A workspace sets a default for everyone, and each person can switch to their own. Menus, buttons, notices, emails, text messages and documents follow that choice, and dates and numbers are written the way that language writes them. Names your team gives to records, statuses and menus stay exactly as you wrote them.

Arabic, right to left

In Arabic the whole interface mirrors: navigation, tables, drawers and forms read from right to left, while a colleague in the same workspace keeps working in English.

Agents that reply in your language

Write to an agent in any language and it answers in that language for the rest of the conversation. Or pick one of 35 reply languages in Settings and every agent uses it.

Public pages in the visitor's language

Forms, booking pages, careers pages and portals you share with the public open in the visitor's own language, with a language picker on the page.

Data that stays in your region

Enterprise customers run QRM in their own cloud account or data center, in the region they choose

Choose Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure or Oracle Cloud, or run it on your own servers. Your database, files, backups and logs stay in that location.

  • Amazon Web Services
  • Google Cloud
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Oracle Cloud
  • Your own data center

Everything in one place

Records, uploaded files, backups and logs are stored where your deployment runs. Backups go to storage you choose in the same region.

AI in the same region

QRM's AI can run through your cloud provider in your region, where the provider offers the models there, or through an endpoint you run yourself.

A residency setting that holds

With residency turned on, QRM refuses at startup any setting that would send data out of the region, and blocks outbound calls to AI services outside it.

How Enterprise deployment works

Every person on their own clock

Times show on each viewer's clock, and on a place's own clock where that matters

A meeting, a shift or a deadline shows in the time zone of the person looking at it. Job sites keep their own zone, so a crew in another city sees the local time. Daily briefs, digests and scheduled automations go out at the right hour for each person.

One morning brief scheduled for 8:00, delivered at 8:00 wherever each person is:

8:00 AM Pacific Standard Time America/Los_Angeles
8:00 AM Central European Standard Time Europe/Berlin
8:00 AM Gulf Standard Time Asia/Dubai
8:00 AM Japan Standard Time Asia/Tokyo

Accounting a finance team can check

General ledger, currency exchange, bank reconciliation, period close, consolidation, audit controls, sales tax and VAT, fixed assets, and more

Double-entry accounting with the controls a reviewer looks for. Invoices, bills, payments, expenses and purchase order receipts post balanced journal entries to a general ledger you control.

Double-entry general ledger

A chart of accounts you control, with trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, and receivables and payables aging. Statements are presented under US GAAP by default, or under IFRS or IFRS for SMEs.

Bank reconciliation

Import bank statement files, match transactions to the ledger, and finalize a reconciliation only when the difference is zero. Finalized entries are locked.

Multi-currency and exchange rates

Invoices, bills, payments and bank accounts in any currency, with the exchange rate captured on the document date. The ledger keeps both amounts on every line, statements report in your base currency, and exchange gains and losses post for you.

Month-end and year-end close

Close a period and the ledger refuses new postings dated in it. Year-end close moves the year's result into retained earnings.

Multiple legal entities and intercompany

Run several legal entities in one workspace. Each has its own legal name, tax registration number, base currency, fiscal year, address and logo, on one shared chart of accounts. Journal entries, invoices, bills, expenses, payments, bank accounts, periods and close, and VAT returns are kept per entity, and documents print the entity's legal name and number. An intercompany charge posts both sides in one action, each in its own currency, with due-to and due-from accounts and a reconciliation view. Each entity sets who can see it and who can post to it.

Consolidated statements

A consolidated trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow across entities, translated by the current-rate method with the translation adjustment shown as its own equity line. Intercompany balances eliminate in the report, nothing is posted, and any mismatch shows as a difference line. Drill from any figure into the entity, its currencies and the rate used, and export to PDF or Excel.

Audit records and controls

Accounting actions are recorded with who did them and when, with the before and after values and the source document for every journal entry. The log is append-only. Audit-grade controls are an opt-in setting: posted entries become immutable and are corrected by reversal, journal numbers are gapless, a void needs a reason, and reopening a period or turning the controls off needs a second approver. Closed periods are final either way.

Fixed assets and deferrals

A fixed assets register with straight-line and declining-balance depreciation, a monthly run you preview and approve, and disposals that post the gain or loss. Prepaids, deferred revenue and accruals recognize month by month on a schedule.

Sales tax, VAT and GST

Tax codes on every invoice, bill and expense line, tax registration numbers for your company, customers and vendors, and a return built from the ledger with each figure traced to its documents. The United States preset, the default, sets up sales and use tax for your home state with a report by state; EU, UAE and generic VAT / GST presets cover the rest.

For teams in the European Union

GDPR terms in our privacy policy, hosting inside the EU, EU VAT, and statements under IFRS

GDPR

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Swiss data protection act: the legal bases we rely on, the rights people have, and a data-processing addendum on request. Read the EU section

Hosted in the EU

An Enterprise deployment can run in an EU cloud region, where Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud all operate, or in your own data center. With residency turned on, data and AI calls stay in the region.

German and Spanish

The interface comes in German and Spanish as well as English, each person picks their own, and agents answer in the language you write in.

EU VAT

The EU preset brings your member state's standard and reduced VAT rates, intra-Community supplies and acquisitions, reverse-charge services, exports and imports, invoices that print both VAT IDs and the reverse-charge note, a VAT return that separates each treatment, and an EC Sales List by customer VAT ID. Confirm the rates with your tax authority before you file.

IFRS statements

Present your statements under IFRS or IFRS for SMEs, as a Statement of Profit or Loss, Statement of Financial Position and Statement of Cash Flows, for the whole workspace or for one legal entity. US GAAP is the default, and switching changes the presentation, never a posted figure.

Books in euros

Keep the books in euros or any other currency, with daily exchange rates based on the European Central Bank's reference rates and exchange gains and losses posted for you.

For teams in the UAE and the Gulf

Arabic, hosting inside the country, and privacy terms written for the UAE's data protection law

A full Arabic interface

Every screen, email and document in Modern Standard Arabic, right to left. Each person picks Arabic or English for themselves, and agents reply in Arabic when you write in Arabic.

Hosted in the UAE

An Enterprise deployment can run in a UAE cloud region, where Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud all operate, or in your own data center in the country.

UAE PDPL

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 and the rights it gives people in the UAE. Read the UAE section

UAE VAT and corporate tax

Tax invoices and tax credit notes with your TRN, in English and Arabic side by side, the VAT201 return with drill-down to every document, an FTA Audit File export, and a corporate tax worksheet with Small Business Relief.

AED and the Gulf currencies

Keep the books in UAE dirhams or any other currency. Daily exchange rates apply the central-bank pegs for AED, SAR, QAR, OMR and BHD, and three-decimal currencies like the Kuwaiti dinar are handled to the fils.

Common questions

Can our data stay in our country?

Yes, on Enterprise. QRM runs in your own cloud account or data center, in the region you choose, and your database, files, backups and logs stay there.

Do you support US GAAP and IFRS?

Yes. Statements are presented under US GAAP by default. A workspace, or a single legal entity, can present them under IFRS or IFRS for SMEs instead, and consolidated statements follow the workspace's choice.

Does the AI send our data abroad?

On an Enterprise deployment with residency turned on, AI calls go to models in your region through your cloud provider or your own endpoint, and QRM blocks calls to AI services outside the region. AI never trains on your data.

Can agents work in other languages?

Yes. An agent answers in the language you write in, or in the reply language you pick in Settings, from a list of 35.

Is QRM available in Arabic?

Yes. Arabic is one of QRM's 6 interface languages, and the interface reads right to left in it. Each person chooses their own language, so Arabic and English speakers share one workspace.
