Business Operations: agreements, performance evidence and readiness
Agreements, performance evidence and readiness for companies without a back office. QRM takes an agreement from a plain-English description to a signed PDF, keeps a performance record built from work your team already logged, and tells you which rules apply to you and which certifications open new markets. Every answer links to the record or the source it came from.
- Agreements: describe a deal in plain English and QRM proposes the document set (for example NDA, teaming agreement, SOW and subcontract), fills each term from your opportunity, contract, vendor and company records with a link to its source, and names the reason for every blank.
- Conflict and flowdown checks, document assembly from a versioned clause library that a person approves (21 document types, 96 starter clauses in 20 families), one named approver bound to one exact version, and a lock after approval.
- E-signature: one private link per signer, review of the exact approved version, comments, required uploads and suggested edits, consent and a signature record (time, IP address, version and SHA-256 hash), and a signed PDF emailed to every signer.
- Review Contract: upload the other side's PDF or Word file, get findings by section with suggested wording, assign reviewers as tasks, send for release approval, and export a clean or internal copy. The Agreement Reviewer agent runs the same review from a chat.
- Team Performance: a performance record built from tasks, requests, review turnaround, timekeeping, training and recognition, each number linked to its source, recomputed nightly and never hand-edited. Visibility follows the reporting line on the employee record and every view is logged.
- Period reviews built from evidence, signed by the manager, acknowledged by the person, approved and locked by HR, with disputes routed above the supervisor.
- Readiness Copilot: a setup of at most 15 questions that reads your workspace, 63 cited requirements from 41 issuing authorities, plain-English explanations a person approves, nightly Federal Register and eCFR monitoring, impact by department, and obligations as tasks with evidence.
- New markets: eligibility for SDVOSB, WOSB, EDWOSB, 8(a), HUBZone, DBE and MBE answered as likely, unlikely or needs facts, 58 pathways ranked by the bids they would open, a two-lane roadmap, and checklists for cooperative contracts and GSA Advantage.
- Runs on the QRM workspace every plan includes: CRM, projects and tasks, procurement, invoicing and double-entry accounting, HR and timekeeping, and support.
- Not legal advice. Terms with real consequence carry the line "Confirm with counsel or your contracts lead."
